In indian history who can forget the scams that happened during manmohan regim, In next term Manmohan will make sure our kids will read the scams in their history books and kids will remeber the names of Raja, Maran, kalmadi corrupt gang etc... so...

Both has to look at different angles.. the Commitment based performance depends on various factors which requires a thorough homework before you opt for commitment based performance, if something doesn't fall in line as you planned leads to fear based...
