Accounts Executive/Accountant, Largest Power Transformers Maker, Bangalore :
ACCOUNTANT
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports require by the Management
- Reconciliation of parties ledger
- Inter Branch Reconciliation & Bank Reconciliation
- Checking Purchase Bill & filling VAT Returns
- Filing of e-tds quartly returns &annual return & issuing Form 16A
- Assist the Department Team for getting data from other Department for
Producing the summary reports
- Monitoring ‘C’ Forms issue
- Checking of MRN
- Preparation of day Book, Billing and Filling of Invoice
- Preparation of Stock Register
- Finalization of Accounts, Preparation of profit & loss A/C
& Balance Sheet Etc
- Computation TDS calculation
- Monthly / Quarterly returns filed with the IT authorities.
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation & implementation of policies and procedures for the finance wing of the company.
- Planning the personnel requirement for the project finance advisory business.
- Budgeting and cost control analysis and implementation.
- Study & implementation of Revenue model for the financial service products.
- Preparation of project report for financial institutions and follow up.
- Interaction with the various Financial Institution and corporate for project funding.
