Key Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for ensuring that shop floor practices are in line with the process requirements laid dow

Will be responsible for monitoring the yield losses on a day-to-day basis and have discussions with the Production Head

 Ability to capture the various yield losses, efficiency distribution, collate data and carry out analyses with process engineering

Will be responsible for initiating lean, TPM and should capture OEE metrics with a CFT and send out data/impressions for support for analyses by process and maintenance sections

Should initiate discussions on control parameters with the Process Control and Maintenance departments

Should be familiar with any ERP system

Will be responsible for continuous training of the Production operators on the technical asepcts, lean and other best practices
