KEY FEATURES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project planning , installation, commissioning and execution of MW scale or other grid connect projects

2. Identify and build supply/ EPC partners for project execution

3. Detail costing of project I&C in line with customer scope

4. Challenge supplier quotes and drive cost reduction ; budget control; and reporting MIS

5. Complete and detailed Planning for all “Project” orders, including standard products

6.  Execution and completion of I&C for all projects within the committed time / budgets

7. Effectively track and monitor projects, escalate as and when required and take action  to ensure delivery as per plan

8.  Ensure project delivery safely - Risk assessment, Work permit and ASA audit for project sites

9. Ensure HSSE compliance at project sites

10.  Identify training needs and conduct training for EPC contractors

Communication with customers / suppliers ; English, Hindi

Willingness to travel extensively to project / remote sites

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum:

B.E - Civil / infrastructure / Electrical / Mechanical

Desired:

Project management / Safety specialization
