Roles and responsibility for
Service Engineer "metrology", Leading precision optics and precision mechanics company , Pune :
Responsibilities:
w Maintenance of Turning Centers, Vertical Turning Centers, Vertical , Horizontal Machining Centers
w Commissioning of Machines.
w Interfacing Hydraulic Power Pack and Fixtures, Rotary and Index Tables, Turrets.
w Programming and Component proving.
w Assembly of major parts of the CNC machine like Turrets, Index Tables, Automatic Tool Changers, Ball screw assembly, etc.
w Trouble shooting various major and minor problems in CNC field.
w Maintaining ISO records and documents.
