Production Services Associates own the creation and implementation of mobile websites for our customers. They must possess a good understanding of web design fundamentals, development methodologies, consulting best practices, and common web and application architectures. This position requires excellent client, communication and technical skills, expertise with various web publishing environments and architectures, and documentation experience. Successful candidates must be action oriented, capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.
Responsibilities
* Work independently to evaluate a customer’s web architecture and create the appropriate mobile solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluating the customers' content management and publishing processes, web application architecture, DNS configurations, building pre-sales prototypes and proof of concepts, implementing production sites using XHTML and CSS, and providing detailed documentation for a custom solution that satisfies the customers' business and technical requirements.
* Interface directly with clients customers to understand their business requirements, work through deployment issues, and provide them project status.
* Work with other web developers to conceive of innovative design solutions for mobile platforms. Develop and maintain web design wireframes, mockups, and specifications.
* Work closely with Account Management, Sales professionals, Engineering, Product Development and Customer Care to resolve technical issues that arise during customer trials or integrations.
* Track and document status spent on customer integrations.
* Participate in internal projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improving our methodology and quality of integrations.
* Deliver certification training on clients products and services to internal clients employees, to clients customers, and to clients consulting partners.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant engineering field
* Overall Experience: 2-4 years of web application development experience, proficient in one or more web development languages, methodologies, and/or architectures.
* Experience in
building web sites, HTML, CSS, Java script,
* Knowledge of Unix and Perl
* Knowledge of Internet and Networking Basics

Detailed knowledge across the spectrum of Internet technologies (DNS, TCP/IP
internetworking, etc.)
* Good problem solver and the ability to trouble shoot in a distributed
application environment.
