There are certain ways

FINANCE - turnover, assets, liabilities, debts etc

ENGINEERING - technology stands, production capacity, etc

MARKET - market standing, customer growth, satisfaction, hit ratio

HR - employee turnover, talent retention, wellfare policies, etc

SOCITAL - social initiatives and upgradation

ENVIRONMENTAL - green solution, adherence to legal norms etc

Different people think in different ways...altogether it makes organization reputation....I worked with TATA for long time and feel that this is the only group work in all direction for all stake holders
